3 good reeds – no chips, no cracks, etc
cleaning cloth/swab
flutes – a cleaning rod and cloth
clean mouthpiece
Brass:

valves/slide oiled or greased
all valves/slides need to be able to move
oil or grease in your case
Percussion:
names on sticks – permanent market clean area on day of inspection
